Abstract 颅脑创伤是世界范围内死亡和致残的主要原因,给公共健康带来了巨大的威胁,但目前的诊断和治疗手段十分有限.胞外体是介导细胞间通信和物质转运的微囊泡,其中包含了丰富的非编码RNA.它们参与颅脑创伤后的病理生理反应过程,但具体的作用机制仍不明确.作为胞外体内容物的重要组成部分,非编码RNA对研究颅脑创伤的诊断、精准治疗、疗效评估、预后预测及并发症的防治等均具有重要意义.
