一种考虑孤岛运行和可再生能源出力不确定性的有源配电网供电可靠性分析方法
TM732; 随着分布式可再生能源并网比例的不断提高,配电网安全运行控制变得更加复杂,给供电可靠性分析带来新的挑战.提出了一种考虑孤岛运行和可再生能源出力不确定性的有源配电网供电可靠性分析方法.建立了配电网关键元件及可再生能源场站设备可靠性模型,在此基础上,分析可再生能源资源概率分布,提出可再生能源潜在出力(REPO)多状态模型,进而建立考虑场站设备可靠性的可再生能源发电多状态模型;利用馈线分区的概念划分孤岛运行范围,分析孤岛运行对供电可靠的影响;基于序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法建立了有源配电网供电可靠性分析方法.并利用IEEE RBTS测试系统进行仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性....

Abstract_FL | With the increasing penetration of distributed renewable energy connected to the distribution network,the safe operation and control of the distribution network becomes more complex,which brings new challenges to the reliability a-nalysis of power supply.This paper presents a novel power supply reliability analysis method for active distribution net-works considering the islanding operation and renewable energy station uncertainties.A two-state reliability model is estab-lished for key components of distribution networks and renewable generation equipment,and on this basis,the probability distribution analysis of renewable energy resources is conducted,such as wind and solar,a multi-state reliability model for potential renewable power output(REPO)has been developed,which leads to the proposal of a multi-state model for re-newable energy power generation considering reliability of station equipment.The concept of feeder partition is used to di-vide the operation range of islanding,and its impact on reliability of power supply is analyzed.A power supply reliability analysis method for active distribution network is established based on sequential Monte Carlo simulation technique.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through using an IEEE RBTS test system. |
