风-光-水-火多能互补系统随机优化调度
TM614; 为减少二氧化碳排放、提高可再生能源利用效率,提出了含梯级水电站的风光水火多能互补系统随机优化调度模型.该模型目标函数由系统运行成本、惩罚成本两部分组成,同时考虑了风电和光伏出力的不确定性.用Monte Carlo模拟了风电和光伏出力的随机性,经场景聚合将不确定性问题转化为多个确定性问题进行求解.在梯级水电站建模中,用启发式方法将水电转换函数进行分段线性化,通过算例验证了该模型的有效性;分析了多能互补系统对新能源的消纳能力;调节水电出力状态,发现其对多能互补系统优化调度成本有一定影响....
