一种子结构刚度对阵面骨架刚度贡献度的评价方法
TH113.1; 刚度性能是评价阵面骨架承载能力和雷达工作精度的重要指标,设计中常用反射面变形的均方根来衡量阵面的刚度性能,但均方根法一般只能对骨架的整体刚度进行分析,无法对局部模块的刚度及对整体刚度的贡献度进行评价.针对该问题,基于子结构应变能和均匀应变能密度的设计准则,提出子结构刚度贡献度(λ)和子结构承载系数(α)的概念,并通过这两个参数对复杂结构中子结构刚度贡献度及匹配度进行了研究.相对于传统的评价子结构刚度贡献度的差分方法,该方法具有计算效率高、适用广泛等多种优点.最后,以某一典型车载相控阵雷达为例,详细分析了箱梁子结构、T形接头子结构对阵面骨架刚度的贡献度和匹配度,并分析了阵面面板...
