流延成型制备MoO3掺杂BiSmMoO6微波陶瓷基片的工艺研究

TQ147; 以Bi2O3-Sm2O3-MoO3为原料,使用固相反应法,制备BiSmMoO6微波陶瓷,对浆料的流变性能、流延膜的微观结构和相组成进行表征.结果 表明:在选择乙醇/异丙醇为溶剂的前提下,浆料在pH=6,固相含量为60%(质量分数,下同),添加剂分别为2%的磷酸三丁酯分散剂,8%0的PVB黏结剂,4.8%的聚乙二醇增塑剂时,流延浆料具有优异的流变学性能.烧结后流延膜片微观结构致密,物相组成相比于压制成型样品没有改变....
