HPLC-MS/MS法测定烟叶中9种B族维生素

TS411.1; 为准确测定烟叶样品中水溶性B族维生素的含量(质量分数),通过优化色谱流动相pH、柱温、提取剂及其体积等参数,建立了同时测定烟叶中9种B族维生素的高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法,并采用该方法对3个不同产区的烟叶样品进行了测定.结果表明:①在线性范围内,9种B族维生素工作曲线的线性关系良好,决定系数(R2)为0.9946~0.9999.②该方法的回收率为91.00% ~108.79%,日内和日间精密度(RSD)为1.25% ~9.73%,9种B族维生素的检出限为0.01~0.50 ng/mL.③3个产区烟叶中B族维生素含量有一定差异,其中河南襄城县产区烟...
