锡林郭勒鲜牛乳中乳酸菌分离鉴定及微生物多样性分析
TS252.2; 为完成锡林郭勒少数民族聚集地乳制品中微生物多样性的研究和菌种保护,选取苏尼特左旗和东乌珠穆沁旗6份鲜奶样品进行宏基因组测序分析,并结合传统培养方法进行乳酸菌分离鉴定.结果表明:鲜奶样品共鉴定出微生物菌种165个,优势菌种为乳酸乳球菌(Lactococcus lactis)和肠膜明串珠菌(Leuconostoc mesenteroides).两地鲜奶中共有微生物物种较多,α、β多样性无明显差异,但两组鲜奶中仍存在明显差异物种.苏尼特左旗以乳球菌噬菌体BM13(Lactococcus phage BM13)为主,东乌珠穆沁旗以肠杆菌亚种MGH8(Enterobacter sp.M...
