一种多元助留体系在再造烟叶生产中的应用

TS452.6; 为了提高再造烟叶基片抄造过程中烟草浆的留着和滤水效果,采用依次在烟草浆中添加固着剂、阳离子絮凝剂和阴离子助剂组成多元助留体系的方法,分析了添加不同助剂的浆料Zeta电位、滤水时间、白水浊度以及白水阳离子需求量,并研究了多元助留体系的应用效果.结果表明:①多元助留体系中高阳离子密度的壳聚糖能起到中和胶体物质的作用,高分子量的阳离子瓜尔胶可起到絮凝剂作用,带负电荷的膨润土可以使吸附了阳离子瓜尔胶的纤维絮团之间进一步发生吸附;②烟草浆中依次添加质量分数为0.1%、0.1%和0.5%的壳聚糖、瓜尔胶和膨润土时,白水浊度为164.8 NTU,250 g滤液的滤水时间为1.4 s,明显优...
