Summary:The research work is comparative investigation of two elaborate algorithms entitled a novel Evolutionary based Bat Algorithm (EBA) plus a Bat Algorithm (BA) aimed at reducing the power losses in the radial structure through optimal allocation OA in DSTATCOM. Novel Evolutionary gives insight on the Bat Algorithm its utilization for optimal location with the reduced sizing of DSTATCOM under the radial dissemination scheme. The sample predetermined size stands as Gpower software value defining both groups each of 7 sample with total of 14 samples. The G power is estimation for power value of 0.8. Achieved power restoring value of EBA yields regulation power comparative too BA technique. The independent sample t test value 0.003 (p<0.05) stands significant. EBA-based optimization restored power loss reduction (real power loss: 151.9855 KW; reactive power loss: 70.8874 KVAR) than BA-based technique (real power loss: 152.7152 KW; reactive power loss: 71.1048 KVAR).
