교육과정의 패러다임 전환 - 마이크로디그리의 역할과 가능성 모색

4차 산업혁명은 사회 전반에 혁신적인 변화를 일으키며, 컴퓨터 기술에 능숙한 인재에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 기존 교육과정은 빠르게 변화하는 기술에 대응하기 어려우며, 긴 학습 기간과 높은 비용이라는 한계가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 마이크로디그리가 등장하였으며, 짧은 시간 내에 특정 분야의 실무능력을 집중적으로 학습할 수 있도록 하여 학습의 유연성과 접근성을 높이고 있다. 본 연구는 마이크로디그리가 기존 교육과정에서 새로운 기회를 제공하는 방법을 탐색하며, 각 영역별 마이크로디그리의 역할과 효과를 알아본다. 또한 마이크로디그리의 교육모델을 설계할 때 고려해야 할 핵심 요소들을 제시한다. 마이크로디그리는 변화하는 기술 트렌드에 빠르게 대응하고, 실무 중심의 교육을 통해 미래 사회에 필요한 인재를 양성하는 데 중요한역할을 할 것이다. 본 연구는 향후 교육 혁신을 이끌고 새로운 교육 패러다임을 제시하는 데 있어, 마이크로디그리의 기초 연구로 기여하고자 한다. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is driving transformative changes across society, leading to a surge in demand for professionals skilled in computer technologies. However, traditional education systems face challenges in adapting to rapidly evolving technologies, with long learning durations and high costs. In response, microdegrees have emerged as a solution, offering focused, short-term learning in specific fields, thereby enhancing flexibility and accessibility in education. This study explores how microdegrees provide new opportunities within existing educational frameworks, examines their roles and impacts across various domains, and identifies key elements to consider when designing microdegree programs. Ultimately, microdegrees will play a crucial role in rapidly adapting to technological trends and cultivating the workforce needed for the future. This research aims to contribute to foundational studies on microdegrees, driving educational innovation and proposing a new educational paradigm. KCI Citation Count: 0
