ICT 활용을 위한 교사협력에 영향을 미치는 교사 및 학교 요인에 대한 탐색

ICT 활용을 위한 교사협력은 교수·학습에서 ICT 활용을 높이는 긍정적 요소이나, 이러한 협력을 촉진하는 교사 및 학교 요인에 대한 실증연구는 미진한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 ICILS 2018 자료를 분석하여 ICT 활용을 위한 교사협력에 기여할 수 있는 교사 및 학교 요인을 탐색하였다. 우리나라 중학교 교사, 학교장, 학교 ICT 담당자 설문조사 결과를 사용해 샌드위치 추정량을 사용하는 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교사 요인으로는 교원양성과정에서 ICT 활용 교육, 학교의 ICT 이용가능성, ICT 활용 관련 구조화 및 비구조화된 학습, 긍정적 인식, 자기 효능감이 교사협력과 정적 관계를 가졌다. 학교 차원에서는 학교 크기, 교사협력 및 소통에서 ICT 활용에 대한 학교장의 기대감과 교육결과로서 학생 ICT 역량의 중요성 인식이 ICT 활용을 위한 교사협력과 정적 관계를 보였다. 이 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 ICT 활용을 위한 교사협력을 촉진시키기 위한 학교의 역할에 대해 논의하였다. Although teacher collaboration in using information and communication technology(ICT) has been reported as a positive factor for increasing ICT integration in teaching and learning, empirical studies on teacher and school factors are scarce. Therefore, this study analyzed ICILS 2018 to explore factors that may contribute to teacher collaboration for ICT use. Regression analysis using sandwich estimation was conducted on the survey results of Korean middle school teachers, principals, and ICT personnel. The results revealed that teachers’ learning of ICT integration in teaching and learning in teacher education programs, teachers’ perceived school ICT availability, structured and unstructured teacher learning, positive perceptions, and self-efficacy were positively related to teacher collaboration. At the school level, school size, principal’s expectations of ICT use in teacher collaboration and communication, and perceived importance of student ICT competencies as educational outcomes were positively related to teacher collaboration for ICT use. Accordingly, this study suggests the roles of school leadership that can facilitate teacher collaboration in using ICT. KCI Citation Count: 0
