슬개골 하단부에서 경골 결절 부착부로 연결되는 Z자형의 급성 슬개건 파열

슬개건 파열은 드물며 주로 외상에 의해 발생되고, 전신적 질환 또는 노화에 따른 건의 약화 등도 원인이 될 수 있다. 슬개건의 완전파열은 슬개골 하단부, 건 실질 내 또는 경골 결절 부착부에서 발생할 수 있고, 견열골절 형태로도 나타날 수 있다. 저자들은 슬개골 하단부 및 경골 결절 부착부 부분 횡파열 그리고 이를 연결하는 종파열이 포함된 Z자형의 급성 슬개건 완전파열을 경험하였고, 수술적 치료를 통해서 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었으므로 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Patellar tendon rupture is rare and is caused mainly by trauma, but it can also be caused by systemic disease or weakening of the tendon due to aging. Complete rupture may occur in the inferior pole of the patella, midsubstance of the tendon, and the tendon from the tibial tubercle. In addition, it can also appear as an avulsion fracture. The authors experienced a Z-shaped pattern of an acute patellar tendon complete rupture, including partial transverse ruptures of the inferior pole of the patella and the tendon from the tibial tubercle separately with a longitudinal tear. Satisfactory results were obtained through surgical treatment. The authors report this case with a review of the relevant literature. KCI Citation Count: 0
