· 연구 주제: 사회복지시설 대상 차량지원 사업에 관한 실무자의 운영 경험 탐색· 연구 배경: 약 20년간 지속되어 온 사회복지시설 대상 차량지원 사업이 그동안 누구에 의해 어떠한 방식으로 운영됐는지 조사가 필요· 선행연구와의 차이점: 사회복지시설 대상 차량 지원사업에 관한 정보는 지원주체가 인터넷에 게시한 사업공지를 통해 수집된 자료가 전부이고 그 사업이 누구에 의해 어떠한 절차를 통해 운영되는지에 관한 연구는 수행된 바가 없음· 연구방법: 후원기업 및 중간지원기관의 차량지원 실무자 7명을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰 및 일대일 면접을 통해 질적 자료를 수집하고 귀납적 분석을 실시함· 연구결과: 지원주체에 따른 다양한 사업의 내용과 범위, 수혜시설 선정 및 관리 방법, 문제점 등을 도출하여 향후 차량지원 사업의 방향성을 제시함· 공헌점 및 기대효과: 차량지원 사업의 문제점과 실무자들의 고민을 탐색한 첫 시도로 향후 사업 운영방안에 대한 지침과 통찰을 제공하였음. 본 연구 결과는 차량지원 사업의 공정성, 투명성, 전문성 확보를 위한 운영 방침 마련에 기여할 것으로 기대함 · Research topics: Exploring the experiences of practitioners in vehicle support programs for social welfare facilities · Research background: As the vehicle support program for social welfare facilities has been ongoing for about 20 years, there is a need to investigate who has been managing it and how it is being operated. · Differences from prior research: The only available information on vehicle support programs for social welfare facilities comes from project announcements posted online by sponsoring organizations. No research has been conducted on who operates these programs and procedures used in their operation. · Research method: Qualitative data were collected through focus group interviews and one-on-one interviews with seven practitioners from sponsoring companies and intermediary support organizations. Inductive qualitative analysis was conducted. · Research results: The study outlines the various contents and scopes of the programs based on different sponsoring entities, along with the methods for selecting and managing beneficiary facilities and the associated challenges. It also proposes directions for future vehicle support programs. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study represents the first attempt to explore the issues of vehicle support programs and the concerns of practitioners, providing guidelines and insights for future program operations. The findings are expected to contribute to the establishment of operational policies aimed at ensuring fairness, transparency, and professionalism in the vehicle support programs.
