빅데이터를 활용한 군 초급간부 지원율 감소에 관한 사회적 담론 연구

· 연구 주제: 빅데이터 분석을 통해 초급간부 지원율 감소에 관한 사회적 담론 및 인식을 실증적으로 분석하고 그를 통해 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. · 연구 배경: 세계 최저 수준의 출산율이 원인이 된 인구감소 문제는 다양한 사회적 문제를 야기하고 있으며, 군 초급간부 지원율 감소로 이어져 국방력 유지의 핵심을 담당하는 군 초급간부 유지에 중대한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 위기로 나타났다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 초급간부 지원율 감소 현상에 관한 사회적 담론 및 인식이 어떻게 형성되어 있는지 텍스트마이닝과 사회연결망 분석 등 빅데이터 분석기법을 활용하여 해당 담론의 특성을 도출하고, 정책적 해결 방안을 제시하였다. · 연구방법: 텍스트마이닝 기법으로 TF-IDF 값을 도출하여 분석하였으며, 상위 50개 키워드를 선정하여 사회연결망 분석기법인 의미연결망을 도식하고 중심성 분석을 수행하는 등 실증적인 빅데이터 연구방법론을 적용하였다. · 연구결과: 군 초급간부 지원율 감소 문제는 경제, 사회적 인식, 정책적 문제 등이 주요 원인으로 작용하고 있음을 확인하였으며 이를 해결하기 위해 초급간부의 급여 및 복지 개선, 사회적 인식 변화, 복지 여건 개선 등의 필요성이 강조되었다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 초급간부 지원율 감소 문제 해결을 위한 기초자료로서 정책적 방향성을 제시하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. · Research topics: Utilizing big data, this study empirically analyzes social discourse and perceptions regarding the decline in application rates for junior military officer positions and proposes policy implications. · Research background: The population decline, driven by the world’s lowest birth rate, has resulted in various social issues and led to a decrease in application rates for junior military officer positions, presenting a significant threat to sustaining the junior officer ranks critical for maintaining national defense capabilities. · Differences from prior research: Using big data analysis methods, such as text mining and social network analysis, this study identifies characteristics of social discourse and perceptions on the declining application rates and offers policy-based solutions. · Research method: TF-IDF values were calculated and analyzed through text mining, and the top 50 keywords were selected to create a semantic network using social network analysis. Centrality analysis was also conducted, applying rigorous big data research methodologies. · Research results: Findings indicate that economic factors, social perceptions, and policy issues are key contributors to the declining application rates. The study emphasizes the need for enhanced salaries and welfare benefits for junior officers, societal perception shifts, and improved welfare conditions as critical measures. · Contribution points and expected effects: The research is expected to serve as foundational data in providing policy direction to address the decline in application rates for junior military officer positions.
