Bootstrapping을 적용한 매개효과의 통계적 유의성 검증

이 연구는 매개효과 검증 방법을 LISREL 보다 대중적으로 많이 사용하는 AMOS를 사용하여 구체적으로 분석절차를 소개하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 2011년 인천광역시에 거주하고 있는 60세이상 남녀노인을 모집단으로 설정한 다음 유층 집락무선 표집법(Stratified Cluster Random Sampling Method)을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 설문지는 400부를 배포한 후, 노인학교 교사들의 협조를 구하고 노인들에게 설명하여 기입하는 자기평가기입법을 사용하였다. 이 중 불성실하게 응답했다고 판단되는 자료를 제외하고 실제 분석에서 사용된 조사대상은 총 361명이었다. 설문지에 대한 작성이 완료된 데이터는 각 목적에 맞게 입력시킨 후 SPSS 21과 AMOS 21을 이용하여 전산처리 하였다. 자료의 분석을 위하여 사용한 SPSS 하위분석기법은 기술통계 분석, 요인분석(factor analysis), 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis), 구조타당도를 확인하기 위해 AMOS 21을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석을 검증하였다. 또한 매개효과의 통계적인 유의성 검증을 위하여 BOOTSTRAPPING 방법을 선택하였다. 이와 같은 방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구조방정식을 적용한 자아존중감은 스트레스와 우울의 관계에 매개효과가 있었다. 둘째, 구조방정식을 적용한 자아존중감은 스트레스와 우울의 관계에 완전매개가 있을 것이다 라는 가설은 기각되었다. 셋째, 구조방정식을 적용한 자아존중감은 스트레스와 우울의 관계에 부분 매개효과가 있었다 라는 가설을 채택하였다. The purpose of this study was to significance test of mediation effects by AMOS bootstrapping method. Specifically, this study was to investigate the mediator effect of self-esteem on the relationship between stress and depression in leisure sports activities of elderly. In results from this research, the subjects of this study were a total of 361 male and female Korean elderly (over 60 years old) in Incheon metropolitan city around were surveyed. After encoding and inputting the framing completed data along with each purpose, it was analyzed by IBM STATISTICS SPSS 21.0 and IBM STATISTICS AMOS 21.0 version. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis were used. Aroian test which is approximate significance test used for the indirect effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable via mediator. To test mediation effect’s statistical significance and 95% confidence interval, Bootstrapping method was used. Through the data analysis according to these methods and procedures, this study results were described as follows. First, according to the Aroian test result, there was a mediation effect of self-esteem on the relationship between stress and depression. Second, the self-esteem was revealed to function as partial mediator in the relationship between stress and depression in this population. KCI Citation Count: 12
