인라인스케이트 선수의 성취목표성향과 스포츠자신감의 관계에서 자기관리의 매개효과

본 연구는 인라인스케이트 선수의 성취목표성향이 스포츠자신감에 미치는 영향에 자기관리를 매개변인으로 하여 각변인간의 관계를 보다 구체적으로 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 제33회 전국남녀종별롤러경기대회에 참여했던 중⋅고등학교, 대학⋅실업팀 남⋅여 인라인스케이트 선수를 대상으로 유목적 표집법을 활용하여 총 239명의 자료가 최종 유효 표본으로 사용되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 20.0과 Amos 20.0 Graphic을 활용하여 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인라인스케이트 선수의 성취목표성향은 자기관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인라인스케이트 선수의 성취목표성향은 스포츠자신감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인라인스케이트 선수의 자기관리는 스포츠자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인라인스케이트 선수의 자기관리는 성취목표성향과 스포츠자신감의 관계에서 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects of the self-management on the relationships between the achievement goal orientation and sport confidence of inline skating players. Subjects were selected among the inline skating players, who had participated in the 33th National Inline Roller Tournament from middle and high-school teams, college and companies. And a total of 239 copies of data were used as the final valid samples for the study by using purposive sampling method. Measurement Scales were selected through preceding research and verified construct validity by confirmatory factor analysis. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. programs. The following are the conclusions of this research. First, achievement goal orientation had a significant effect on self-management of inline skating players. Second, achievement goal orientation had not a significant effect on sport confidence of inline skating players. Third, self-management had a significant effect on sport confidence of inline skating players. Fourth, there were finally the full mediation effects of the self-management on the relationships between the achievement goal orientation and sport confidence. KCI Citation Count: 12
