| Summary: | The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships between of school-aged children's self-regulation competence, self-determination, self-efficacy, and mother's acceptive parenting. The subjects for this study were 544 Children in 5th and 6th grade randomly selected from three elementary schools located in Ulsan-city. The collected data were analyzed with AMOS 19.0. The results showed that 1) children's self-determination and self-efficacy were found to affect children's self-regulation competence directly. 2) children's self-efficacy were found to have indirect effect on children's self-regulation competence mediated by children's self-determination. 3) mother's acceptive parenting were found to have indirect effect on children's self-regulation competence mediated by children's self-efficacy or children's self-determination. |
