토론 능력과 토론 전략

This study on strategy and its function in debate offer the materials of education concrete and practical to be able to improve the expression ability and comprehension ability of the students, and can give lots of help to improve the ability of application that can answer quickly in trouble circumstances. The type of strategy in the course of set up the theory are (1) the form of concept definition, (2) the form of solution offer, (3) inductive form and deductive form, (4) the form of example offer. The type of strategy in the course of contradict are (1) the form of soliloquy, (2) the form of claim comparison, (3) the form of partial recognition. The type of strategy in the course of cross examination are (1) the form of question in return and contradict, (2) the form of partial consent contradict. We believe this study will improve the communication ability and negotiation ability and also make a great contribution to improve the leadership of 21-century type if this study will be used in the field of education. 이 연구는 성공적인 토론을 위해 필요한 토론 능력의 구성요소는 무엇이며, 또 토론 실행 과정에서 단계별로 어떤 전략이 효과적인가에 대해 대학생들의 실제 토론 상황을 토대로 연구한 것이어서 학생들의 토론 능력 신장에 크게 기여할 것으로 확신한다. 토론 능력은 주어진 문제에 관한 인지적 지식을 가지고 언어적으로 논쟁을 하고, 서로 대립적인 주장을 펼치면서 바람직한 결론을 도출해 내는 행동적 요소를 포함하고 있다. 토론 구성요소로는 표현 능력, 자료 분석 능력, 논증 능력, 듣기 능력,조정과 협상 능력 등이 있다. 토론 전략은 준비단계에서의 전략과 실행단계에서의 전략으로 나누어 살펴 보았다. 준비과정에서의 전략으로는 규칙을 준수하며 말하기, 감정이입적 말하기, 역지사지적 말하기,책임감 있게 말하기 등이 있다. 실행단계에서의 전략은 다시 입론과정과 교차조사과정, 반박과정으로 나누어 제시하였다. 토론 능력을 갖춘 사람이 여기에서 밝힌 토론 전략들을 실제 토론 현장에서 활용한다면 자신의 의사소통 목적을 충분히 달성 할 수 있을 것으로 믿으며 이런 점에서 이 연구가 의의를 지닌다고 할 수 있다.
