디지털 트윈국토 표준을 고려한 건물 데이터 구축

The purpose of this paper is to propose a data construction method that complies with the National Digital Twin standards, so-called NDT standards. To achieve this, a conversion algorithm was developed to transform CityGML 2.0 building data into the NDT building data model and the validity of the analysis results was verified. Lastly, the strengths and limitations of the proposed methodology for converting CityGML 2.0 data into NDT data were systematically analyzed, and improvements to the data transformation model were identified. The building data construction method for the NDT presented in this paper is expected to serve as a reference for various NDT-related projects carried out by central and local governments. Additionally, we propose future policy directions, including the development of a cookbook-style guide for NDT implementation and the development of domestic software necessary for NDT data construction to promote broader adoption of the NDT standards. 이 논문의 목적은 디지털 트윈국토 데이터 모델 표준에 부합하는 데이터 구축 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 CityGML2.0 건물 데이터를 대상으로 디지털 트윈국토 표준으로 변환하기 위한 변환 알고리즘을 개발하고 분석 결과의 타당성을 검증하였다. 그리고 CityGML2.0 데이터를 활용하여 디지털 트윈국토 데이터를 변환하는 본 논문에서 제시한 방법론의 장단점을 체계적으로 분석하고 데이터 변환 모델의 개선 방안을 도출하였다. 이 논문에서 제시한 디지털 트윈국토 건물 데이터 구축 방법은 중앙정부나 지자체 등에서 수행하는 다양한 디지털 트윈국토 데이터 제작에 참고가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이와 함께 이 논문에서는 디지털 트윈국토 표준 활용 활성화를 위한 쿡북(Cookbook) 형태의 디지털 트윈국토 구축 가이드 개발 및 데이터 구축에 필요한 국내 소프트웨어 개발 등의 정책을 제안하였다.
