ICT 표준화의 경제적 효과분석 연구

This study aims to analyze the economic impact of ICT standardization, particularly the standardization of information systems, on organizational performance. Standardization of information systems plays a crucial role in enhancing service quality and user satisfaction, thereby strengthening organizational competitiveness and improving long-term economic outcomes. This study applies System Dynamics methodology to examine the dynamic relationships between information system standardization, service quality, and economic effects through simulation analysis. The findings indicate that standardizing information systems improves service quality, increases user satisfaction, and ultimately enhances information system utilization and organizational economic performance. Particularly, the active adoption of ICT standardization in public and private sectors is expected to lead to long-term cost savings and increased efficiency. This research contributes to a clearer understanding of the economic effects of ICT standardization and enhances its practical applicability. 본 연구는 ICT 표준화, 특히 정보시스템 표준화가 조직의 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 정보시스템 표준화는 서비스 품질 향상과 사용자 만족도 증대를 통해 조직의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 장기적인 경제성과를 향상시키는 핵심 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이내믹스(System Dynamics) 방법론을 적용하여, 정보시스템 표준화가 서비스 품질 및 경제적 효과와 어떤 동태적 관계를 가지는지 분석하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 정보시스템 표준화는 조직의 서비스 품질을 개선하는 동시에 사용자 만족도를 증가시키며, 이로 인해 정보시스템 활용률과 조직의 경제적 성과가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 공공부문 및 민간 기업에서 ICT 표준화를 적극적으로 도입할 경우, 장기적인 비용 절감과 효율성 증대 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 ICT 표준화의 경제적 효과를 보다 명확히 규명하고, 실무적 적용 가능성을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
