陳亮의 「西銘說」 一考

In this paper, we review ChenLiang's XiMingShuo and discuss his ideological tendencies. He reveled ZhangZai and ChengYi, that clearly showed that ChenLiang at the time did not neglect learning of Daoxue fellowship. However, he emphasizes 'practicing with the body' and criticizes mentalism of Daoxue discourses. As he interpreted concept ‘LiYiFenShou’, he stressed that individuals must fulfill the social role assigned to them. This is a social-political view of XiMing. In this sense, the young ChenLiang's understanding of Ximing implies the complexity of concept ‘Daoxue’ and the utilitarian ideas he will develop in the future. KCI Citation Count: 0 |
