한국 청년들의 SNS상향비교가 사회적 고립감에 미치는 영향: 피해자 정의민감성으로 조절된 상대적 박탈감의 매개효과

본 연구는 청년의 사회적 고립감에 주목하여, 청년의 SNS상향비교와 사회적 고립감 간의 관계에서 피해자 정의민감성으로 조절된 상 대 적 박탈감의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 19세~만 34세 성인 344명을 대상으로 온라인 자기보고식 설문지를 활용하여 SNS상향비교, 사회적 고립감, 상대적 박탈감, 피해자 정의민감성을 측정하였으며, SPSS 29.0.1과 PROCESS Macro v4.2를 이용하여 분석한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SNS상향비교는 사회적 고립감에 정적으로 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, SNS상향비교가 사회적 고립감으로 가는 경로에서 상대적 박탈감의 부분매개 효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 피해자 정의민감성의 조절된 매개효과를 분석한 결과, SNS상향비교가 상대적 박탈감을 매개로 하여 사회적 고립감에 영향을 미치는 경로는 피해자 정의민감성 수준에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 피해자 정의민감성이 높은 사람이 낮은 사람에 비해 상대적 박탈감으로 인한 사회적 고립감을 강하게 경험하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 함의 및 제한점과 이를 토대로 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 기술하였다. This study examined the mediating effect of relative deprivation, moderated by victim justice sensitivity, on the relationship between upward social comparison on Social Networking Service(SNS) and social isolation among Korean youth. An online survey(N=344) was conducted among 344 adults aged 19-34. The main results were as follows: First, the study found a significant partial mediating effect of relative deprivation in the relationship between upward social comparison on SNS and social isolation. Second, it identified a moderating effect of victim justice sensitivity in the relationship between upward social comparison on SNS and relative deprivation. Third, the mediating effect of relative deprivation between upward social comparison on SNS and social isolation found to be moderated by victim justice sensitivity. Finally, the study discussed the implications and limitations of these findings.
