대학생의 불안정 성인애착과 자살생각의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과

본 연구는 대학생의 불안정 성인애착이 내면화된 수치심을 매개로 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 337명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS26.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의불안정 성인애착(불안, 회피)은 내면화된 수치심 및 자살생각과 유의미한 정적 상관 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 불안정 성인애착(불안, 회피)과 자살생각 관계에서 내면화된 수치심이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 불안정한 애착을 가진 대학생들이 내면화된 수치심을 경험할 가능성이 높으며, 이러한 감정이 자살생각을 증가시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 즉, 대학생의 자살 예방을 위해 불안정한 애착 유형의 경우 심리적 개입이 필요하며, 내면화된 수치심을 완화하는 정서적 지원이 중요함을 제시한다. 특히, 내면화된 수치심을 낮출 수 있는 상담 개입 및 프로그램이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언에 대해 기술하였다. This study examined the impact of insecure adult attachment on suicidal ideation among university students, focusing on the mediating role of internalized shame. A total of 337 students participated, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and the PROCESS macro 4.2. The results indicated that insecure adult attachment (anxiety, avoidance) was positively correlated with internalized shame and suicidal ideation. Furthermore, internalized shame partially mediated the relationship between insecure adult attachment and suicidal ideation. These findings suggest that students with insecure attachment are more likely to experience internalized shame, which in turn may increase suicidal ideation. Interventions targeting attachment issues and reducing shame through counseling could help lower suicide risk. Limitations and directions for future research were also discussed.
