학대적 양육태도와 다문화청소년의 비행 관계에서 지역사회 지원의 조절효과

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 양적 확대가 현실로 자리매김 하기 전에 비행예방의 필요성이 요구된다는 점에 주목하여 다문화 가정 및 지역사회 개입을 위한 경험적 자료를 구축하기 위한 목적으로 설계되었다. 이를 위해 학대적 양육태도와 지역사회 지원이 다문화 청소년 비행에 미치는 직접효과 및 지역사회 지원의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 자료 수집은 초등 5, 6 학년 및 중ㆍ고등학교에 재학 중인 다문화 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 229부의 설문지를 최종 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 학대적 양육태도와 지역사회 지원은 다문화청소년의 지위비행, 재산비행, 폭력비행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역사회 지원은 학대적 양육태도와 상호작용하여 다문화 청소년의 지위비행, 재산비행, 폭력비행을 완화적으로 조절하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 다문화 청소년의 가정 및 지역사회에 대한 사회복지적 개입이 전향적이고 시급하게 이루어져야 함을 구체적으로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to collect empirical data to intervene with multi-cultural families and communities because preventing delinquency is increasingly required before crimes related to multicultural adolescents increase. This study testified not only the direct effect of abusive parenting and community support on multi-cultural adolescents` delinquency but the moderating effect of community support. Participants were multi-cultural young adults who were fifth graders and sixth graders of primary school, and secondary school students. A total of 229 young adults answered a questionnaire. A multiple regression analysis was conducted to collect data, which resulted in the following findings. First, abusive parenting and community support significantly influenced multi-cultural adolescents` status delinquency, property delinquency, and violent delinquency. Second, community support given to abusive parenting mitigated multi-cultural adolescents` crimes relevant to status, property, and violence. This study concretely suggests that social welfare interventions in multi-cultural adolescents` families and communities should be urgently and aggressively performed.
