체육지도자 국가자격 취득자의 임금결정요인 분석

본 연구의 목적은 체육지도자 국가자격 취득자의 임금결정요인을 분석하는 것이다. 구체적인 연구 문제는 첫째, 체육지도자 국가자격 취득자의 임금결정요인, 둘째, 체육계열 출신 체육분야 근로자의 임금결정요인, 셋째, 체육지도자 국가 자격과 임금의 관계이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 권민혁 외(2006)의 ``체육지도자 국가자격 취득자 실태조사 및 활용도 제고 방안``에서 실시된 설문조사 결과를 활용하였다. 권민혁 외(2006)의 연구에서는 25-55세 사이의 체육지도자 국가자격 취득자를 모집단으로 하여 비례할당 표집을 통하여 910명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 910명의 표본 중 임금근로자 648명을 분석 대상으로 설정하였다. 조사 도구는 <체육지도자의 노동 실태 및 자격 활용도 실태 조사> 설문지였으며, 전화 및 이메일 조사, 팩스 등을 활용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계 분석 기법은 다중회귀분석과 일원배치분산분석이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육지도자 국가자격 취득자의 임금결정요인은 연령, 일일근로시간, 현직근속년수, 성, 학력, 기업규모, 결혼, 훈련 여부, 정규직 여부이다. 둘째, 체육지도자 국가자격 취득자 중 체육계열 출신 체육분야 근로자의 임금결정요인은 연령, 일일근로시간, 현직근속년수, 학력, 기업규모, 결혼, 훈련 여부, 정규직 여부이다. 셋째, 체육지도자 자격 취득과 임금은 관계가 있다. 구체적으로 자격 유형의 경우, 경기 지도자 자격 취득자의 임금이 생활체육지도자 자격 취득자의 임금보다 높다. 자격 개수에 따른 임금 차이는 존재하지 않는다. 그리고 자격 등급과 관련해서는 생활체육지도자 1급 취득자가 생활체육지도자 2, 3급 취득자보다 임금이 높은 반면, 경기지도자 자격 등급에 따른 임금의 차이는 존재하지 않는다. The purpose of this study was to investigate determinants of national coaching qualification holder`s wage. Especially, this study examined determinants of national coaching qualification holder`s wage, the relationship between national coaching qualification and wage. For this purpose, the results of Kwon et al(2006)`s research, the research on national coaching certification holder`s actual condition and strategy for utilizing, were used. According to Kwon et al(2006)`s research, the population was national coaching qualification holders of 25-55. They sampled 910 in using quota sampling, and the subject of the research includes 648(wage-worker) among them. The survey was conducted on self-administration method. The collected questionnaires were computed with the use of the statistics program on Windows, SPSS/PC+ 12.0 Version. To analyse the data, multiple regression and One-way ANOVA were used. The findings of this study are as follows; First, determinants of national coaching qualification holder`s wage are age, total work hours, work duration, sex, education, the scale of enterprise, marry, training, and regular worker. Second, determinants of sport related worker`s wage among national coaching qualification holders are age, total work hours, work duration, education, the scale of enterprise, marry, training, and regular worker. Third, there is partially significant relation between national coaching qualification and wage. athletic coaching qualification holder`s wage are higher than sports for all coaching qualification holder`s wage. There is no significant difference of wage by the number of qualification. In relation to the level of qualification, in case of sports for all coaching qualification, the first-level qualification holder`s wage is higher than second-level and third-level qualification holder`s wage.
