Defibrillation effects of intravenous amiodarone, nifekalant, and lidocaine in patients with out-of-hospital ventricular fibrillation
近年本邦においてアミオダロン静注薬が発売され心室性不整脈にも適応が広まっている. 今回われわれは, 院外心室細動症例に対しアミオダロン, ニフェカラント, リドカインの3薬剤間での除細動効果を検討した. 対象は院外心室細動28例(平均年齢61±16歳)である. 使用した薬剤は, ニフェカラント10例, アミオダロン11例, リドカイン7例であった. 除細動に成功したのはアミオダロン投与6例(54.5％), ニフェカラント投与5例(50.0％), リドカイン投与1例(14.3％)であり, アミオダロン投与およびニフェカラント投与ではリドカイン投与に比べて有意に高値であった(p<0.05)....
