Radial pressure wave therapy in patients with lateral and medial epicondylitis

上腕骨外側(L群18例18肘)・内側上顆炎(M群8例12肘)(平均年齢52.8歳)に対する拡散型体外衝撃波(RPW)療法の短期成績を調査し,MRI画像所見との関係を検討した.RPW療法は理学療法を併用し,明らかな外傷機転,側副靱帯不全は適応外とした.照射期間は中央値3か月,照射回数は中央値12回で,JOA scoreはL群平均34.9点が76.5点,M群平均35.1点が76.3点に有意に改善した.VAS改善率はL群平均71.1%,,M群平均78.2%で,L群ECRB腱起始部STIR高信号有り群は無し群に比べて有意に高かった(86.5%vs39.6%).幅5.4mm以上の滑膜ヒダ有り群は無し群に...
