Corrective osteotomy for pediatric elbow cubitus varus deformity using custom-made surgical guides; comparison with conventional osteotomies

【はじめに】小児内反肘変形に対するカスタムメイドガイドは,健側CT鏡像から作成されたデバイスを用いることで三次元の矯正が可能であり,手技も簡易化する.当科では2019年1月より本法を施行しており,従来法と比較した.【方法】対象は 6例 6肘.カスタムメイドガイド使用群(Guide群) 3肘,従来法群(C群) 3肘.両群間における手術時間,出血量,術直後の矯正角度,術後合併症を比較,検討した.【結果】平均手術時間は短い傾向にあった.出血量,術直後矯正角度は同等であった.術後合併症は Guide群で K鋼線 back out を 1 肘,C群は一過性尺骨神経麻痺,lateral prominenc...
