[目的]健常者の座位と立位の安静時の内側縦アーチ高と,前脛骨筋に対するトレーニング直後の内側縦アーチ高を計測し,前脛骨筋に対するトレーニングが内側縦アーチ高へ及ぼす影響について検証することを目的とした.[方法]健常女子学生10名(20足)を対象とし,超音波画像診断装置を用いて内側縦アーチ高を計測した.チューブを使用した足関節背屈運動実施前後のアーチ高率を姿勢間で比較した.[結果]いずれの場合においても有意差は認められなかった.[結語]前脛骨筋に対するトレーニングにより内側縦アーチ高率の変化は認められなかった.しかし,低アーチ例と考えられる場合には足関節背屈運動によって足部内側縦アーチ高が上昇する可能性が示唆された.
