腰椎変性後側弯症に対するLIFカーブ進入側と局所矯正角,椎骨損傷に関するCT評価

はじめに:側方椎体間固定における矯正角度と合併症の頻度に関して術前楔状変形の強さと向きが影響を及ぼすのか調査した.対象と方法:腰椎変性後側弯症14例46椎間を対象とした.結果:楔状変形の強い椎間および楔状開大側からのケージ挿入で有意な矯正効果を認めた.終板損傷は全体の22%,椎弓根骨折は3.3%で発生していた.結語:術前楔状変形の強い椎間は冠状面矯正が得られやすいが終板損傷を有意に多く認めた....
