片側性大腿骨頭壊死症の発症9年後に反対側に生じた特発性大腿骨頭壊死症の1例
【症例】35歳男性．習慣飲酒歴あり（ビール700 ml/日×15年），喫煙歴あり（20本/日×15年），ステロイド全身投与歴，外傷歴，潜水歴．25歳時に右ONFH（type C2, stage 3A）と診断されたが，その時点で左大腿骨頭に明らかな壊死はなかった．当院で右大腿骨頭前方回転骨切り術を行い，外来経過観察した．34歳時に誘引なく左股関節痛出現し，Xpで帯状硬化像，骨頭圧潰を認め，MRIで低信号バンド像を認め（type C1，stage 3A），左大腿骨頭回転骨切り術を行った．術後半年で原職の運送業へ復帰した．【考察】片側罹患ONFH例の追跡研究で反対側の骨頭壊死の出現はほとんどないと報...
