中大脳動脈水平部開存型内頸動脈閉塞症に対して急性期血行再建術を受けた例の転帰関連因子
【背景および目的】中大脳動脈水平部開存型の内頸動脈閉塞症(ICOPM)に対する急性期血行再建術(EVT)の成績と転帰関連因子を明らかにする.【方法】2014年5月から2021年7月にEVTを実施した511例中,ICOPM例を対象とし,背景因子と時間指標,治療内容,手術成績を検討した.対象を転帰良好群(3カ月後mRS 0–2:G群)と転帰不良群(同3–6:P群)に分類し,比較した.【結果】対象は36例で年齢85歳,NIHSS 17.5点,発症–来院時間200分,穿刺–再開通時間(P2R)84.5分(中央値),術中血栓移動9例,有効再開通32例であった.G群は13例でP群と比較しP2Rが短かった....
