高齢者の歩行・階段昇降動作時における主動作筋および拮抗筋筋活動についての筋電図学的分析
〔目的〕高齢者と若年者の平地歩行・階段昇降動作時の筋の同時活動の筋電図学的相違を分析し,その要因を明確にすることとした.〔対象〕高齢者と若年者を各々14名とした.〔方法〕筋電計測の対象はヒラメ筋,前脛骨筋とした.床反力計および表面筋電計を用い,平地歩行・階段昇降動作中に計測された位相ごとの筋活動を分析し,高齢者と若年者との間で比較した.〔結果〕歩行立脚後期および階段昇降の全周期において,高齢者は若年者に比べ前脛骨筋活動量が有意に高値を示した.〔結語〕高齢者は前脛骨筋活動量を増大させ,足関節の剛性を高めていることが示唆される....
