「緒言」Le Fort I型骨切り術は, 顎変形症治療において欠かせない手術術式である. Le Fort I型骨切り術により安定した上顎骨の移動が可能であるが, 今日の顎変形症治療においてはその精度と同時に安全な手術が求められている.
