「Key Pointまとめ」「・対象」a. 中枢気道病変, 末梢肺病変, びまん性肺疾患に対する生検が対象となる. b. 絶対的禁忌となる症例は少ないが. 一般的な経気管支肺生検が行えない症例に対しては施行は難しい. 抗血栓療法の中止ができない症例, コントロール不良な肺高血圧症のある症例に対しては, クライオ生検は原則施行しない. c. びまん性肺疾患に対しては, MDD診断を行った上で最終診断をつけることを推奨する. d. 臨床・画像所見が典型的なIPFをのぞき, 臨床的・画像的に診断やサブタイプ分類が困難なびまん性肺疾患に対してクライオ生検を考慮して良い. e. 急速な進行がみられている...
