19~75歳男女にみられる前腕の筋持久力と血流量に関する横断的研究

19歳~75歳の男女を対象に, 最大筋力の1/3に相当する負荷で作業を行わせた時の筋持久力と作業終了直後血流量を測定した.筋持久力と作業終了直後血流量は, 男女ともに加齢に伴って増大する傾向が認められた.また, 筋持久力と作業終了直後血流量の間に男女ともに有意な関係が認められた.さらに, 同年代で得られた筋持久力と作業終了直後血流量の間には, 男女差が認められなかった.これらの結果は, 筋持久力が加齢に伴って低下することなく, むしろ増大する傾向を示し, その理由の1つが作業筋への血流量にあることを示すものと考えた....
