ガイドライン第1版と第2版の基本的異同

The Guidelines were revised after having asked the opinions of clinicians in two related medical congresses. In the first edition, physicians, surgeons, intensive care surgeons and clinical epidemiologists participated as members of the editorial board. In addition, some radiologists joined the editorial board for the revised edition. A literature search was performed using MEDLINE (2000 to April 2006) and the Japan Centra Revuo Medicina (2000 to April 2006) was searched for articles written in Japanese. MeSH (Medical Subject Heading) and the text term of ‘pancreatitis’ was used for literature searching and 2695 potentially relevant articles were identified.
