Abstract 感染症スクリーニング検査で判明した肝炎ウイルス感染者が適切に院内連携できているかは明らかではない．当院では2013年4月からHBs抗原またはHCV抗体陽性者に関して電子カルテ上で専門科である肝胆膵内科への紹介を促す新たなシステムを構築した．また術前診察マニュアルを変更して麻酔科外来でも肝胆膵内科への紹介を促すようにした．当院における2012年度（新システム開始前）のHBs抗原検査数は13,004件，HCV抗体検査数は12,374件であった．陽性者はそれぞれ450例，711例で，ともに肝胆膵内科が最多であったが，整形外科，眼科，耳鼻科など外科系診療科がこれに次いだ．新システム開始後，肝炎ウイルス関連の院内紹介数は，18.8±5.7例/月から28.7±4.6例/月へと増加し，耳鼻科，眼科，整形外科など陽性者が多い診療科から確実に紹介されていた．新システムによる肝炎ウイルス感染者の拾い上げは，円滑な院内連携，陽性患者の専門医によるフォローアップや治療につながることが期待される．
