両側の中頭蓋窩くも膜のう胞との交通を認めた鞍上部くも膜のう胞症の1例

鞍上部くも膜のう胞に対する治療法として内視鏡下でのVentriculo-cysto-cisternostomy(VCC)がある.発達遅滞の精査にて鞍上部および両側の中頭蓋窩くも膜のう胞を認めた1歳3か月の男児例に対しVCCを行った.左側のう胞との隔壁に小孔を認め,交通がある可能性を考えのう胞間開窓は行わなかった.術後経過では全てのくも膜のう胞の縮小を認めた.鞍上部くも膜のう胞に他のくも膜のう胞が接している場合,のう胞間の交通があることもあるため,一つののう胞の開窓のみでも有効である場合があることが示された....
