| Abstract | 自己末梢血幹細胞移植(autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation:auto-PBSCT)は, 自家骨髄移植(autologous bone marrow transplantation:auto-BMT)と比較して, 全身麻酔が不要であるだけでなく造血機能の回復がより速やかである. そのため, 1）抗菌剤使用量の減少, 2）輸血量の減少, 3）入院期間の短縮が得られ, 費用の面からもauto BMTと比べて優れていることが示されている1）～4）. auto-PBSCTは, 我が国では1994年に保険診療の承認が得られ, 急速に普及しつつある. しかしながら, 速やかな造血回復を得るためには複数回の末梢血幹細胞(peripheral blood stem cells:PBSC)採取が必要となることがあり, 患者の負担および費用の面から効率よく採取することが重要である. 当院では1994年度よりPBSC採取を行っているが, 1996年度から原則として輸血部が採取と保存を一括管理している. 今回, 我々は現在までの取り組みを検証し, PBSC採取, 保存の効率化をさらに図るために, 輸血部の一括管理開始前後でPBSC採取, 保存に要した費用, 時間および回数をretrospectiveに比較検討した. |
