脊髄損傷者のレース用車椅子走行における生理学的応答
本研究では, レース用車椅子走行中の生理学的応答を知ることを目的として, 脊髄損傷者 (T4~L1) 男性5名を対象にふたつの実験を行った.第一の実験では, ローラー上でのレース用車椅子走行を行った.最大下運動と最大運動における生理学的応答をみるため, 換気量 (VE) , 酸素摂取量 (VO2) , 心拍数 (HR) , 血中乳酸濃度 (LA) , 主観的運動強度 (RPE) を測定した.換気性作業閾値 (VT) での%VO2maxは60.7±5.3%であった.速度に対してVO2は二次関数的に増加し, HRはS字状に上昇した.HRはVO2に対してVT付近までは直線的に上昇したが, その後急激...
