当科における喉頭癌T3N0症例の検討
2006年から2019年に当科で初回治療を行った喉頭扁平上皮癌T3N0M0症例53例の検討を行った。治療法は喉頭全摘術26例，化学放射線療法（CRT）17例，放射線単独療法（RT）10例であり，3年疾患特異的生存率は84.4％であった。3年喉頭温存率は，全体で37.3％，RT群で48％，CRT群で81.6％と，CRT群で有意に良好な成績であった。治療別/亜部位別の3年粗生存率は，手術群/CRT群/RT群は82.2％/94.1％/48％であり，声門上癌/声門癌/声門下癌は60％/82.9％/100％であった。今後，化学療法が併用できない症例の治療法や声門上癌の治療成績向上が検討課題であると考えら...
