胃静脈瘤の治療後にインターフェロン療法を施行し著効が得られたChild-Pugh class BのC型肝硬変の1例
症例は52歳，男性．C型肝硬変のため近医で肝庇護剤により加療中，2005年AFPの上昇あり当院に紹介となった．画像検査で肝細胞癌は認めなかったが，内視鏡検査で軽度の食道静脈瘤と胃静脈瘤（Lgf：F3, RC-）を認めた．腹水，脳症は認めず，T. Bilの軽度上昇とプロトロンビン（PT）活性の低下がみられChild-Pugh（CP）scoreは8点であった．HCV-genotype 2a, RNA量は低値であったため，BRTOにて胃静脈瘤を治療後，IFN-β 600万単位連日後300万単位週3回を計32週間投与した．投与終了後1年を経過しHCV-RNAの持続陰性化とともに，T. Bil, PT活...
