エストロゲン受容体が境界域を示した乳腺腺様嚢胞癌の1例

症例は70歳，女性．検診マンモグラフィ（MMG）異常で当院を受診した．左乳房AE領域に約1cmの腫瘤を触知した．超音波検査では1.1cmの分葉状，内部不均一，境界比較的明瞭な低エコー充実性腫瘍を認めカテゴリー4，MMGで卵円形，やや高濃度の辺縁微細鋸歯状腫瘤を認め，カテゴリー4と診断した．細胞診陰性で切除生検を行い腺様嚢胞癌と診断した．胸筋温存乳房切除術と腋窩リンパ節郭清（レベルI）を施行した．最終病期はT1bN0M0 stageIで，ホルモン受容体はER境界域，PgR陰性，HER2スコア0であった．術後1カ月目からアナストロゾールを服用し，11カ月経過した現在再発を認めていない．まれなエスト...
