頭頸部原発小細胞癌の2例
小細胞癌は肺に好発する腫瘍である。頭頸部に発生する小細胞癌は比較的まれであるが一般に悪性度が高く，高率に遠隔転移を生じ予後不良とされる。頭頸部原発小細胞癌の治療は未だ確立されたものはないが，肺小細胞癌の治療に準じて行われることが多い。限局性で早期の症例や手術を組み合わせた集学的治療の報告もあるが，放射線・化学療法による治療が行われる。 今回われわれは，喉頭と副鼻腔が原発と考えられた小細胞癌の2症例について報告する。...
