甲状腺脂肪肉腫の1例
甲状腺に発生する脂肪肉腫は非常にまれで，海外の文献でも7例しか報告がない。今回われわれは，甲状腺に発生した脂肪肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。症例は76歳女性で，右前頸部の腫瘤を自覚して当院内科を受診した。甲状腺右葉から左葉にかけて長径65mmの弾性軟の腫瘤を指摘され，当科を紹介受診した。確定診断および治療目的に甲状腺全摘術・D1郭清術を施行した。病理組織検査では高分化型脂肪肉腫と診断された。切除断端陽性との結果であり，術後照射を60Gy施行した。術後9か月で前縦隔に再発を認め，摘出術を施行した。以後は初回手術から1年4か月経過した現在まで再発は認めておらず，経過観察中である。...
