再発乳癌における骨単独転移症例の検討

乳癌治療後の初再発部位として骨転移は頻度が高いが骨単独転移症例に関しての報告は多くはない.1993年から2012年5月まで,当院にて初回治療された再発乳癌727例のうち骨単独再発例は110例(15.1%)であった.そのうち,検討可能な76例を対象とし,ホルモン受容体発現の有無との関係および,骨再発後に起こってくる他臓器転移について着目し臨床的特徴を後向きに検討した.骨単独再発症例は69.7%がER陽性であった.骨転移までの期間がER陽性,陰性例ではそれぞれ50.9±30.9カ月,19±42.9カ月,その後に他臓器へ転移を認めるまでの期間(中央値)はER陽性,陰性例でそれぞれ29.6カ月,19....
