舌白板症より生じた舌背部扁平上皮癌の1例
舌癌の好発部位は舌縁あるいは舌下面であり舌背癌はまれである。正中菱形舌炎の悪性転化により生じた舌背癌の報告は散見されるが，白板症より生じた報告はない。 患者は41歳男性。舌背の白斑を主訴に来院した。当初の病理組織診断は過角化症であった。5年後に腫瘤の増大を主訴に再受診した。病理組織診断は扁平上皮癌であった。舌背に白斑，舌炎，紅斑などの口腔潜在性悪性疾患がある場合は，悪性転化を念頭に置いた経過観察が必要である。...
