終末期がん患者のせん妄ケアを実践している看護師のアセスメントの視点
研究目的は，終末期がん患者のせん妄ケアを実践している看護師が，どのようなアセスメントを行っているのかを明らかにすることである．がん看護専門看護師と緩和ケア認定看護師6名を対象に各2回の半構造化面接を行い，質的内容分析の手法を参考に分析した．その結果，看護師は，［直観と知識を擦り合わせたせん妄発症リスクの捉え］によるせん妄予防のためのリスクアセスメント，［せん妄の発症リスクに基づく早期発見に必要な情報の吟味］［出現している症状がせん妄であるかどうかの判別］によりせん妄だと決定づけるアセスメント，［すでに出現しているせん妄の要因の探索］［せん妄と判断してから行うせん妄の全体像の把握］［せん妄の症状...
