筋生検で見出される Polyglucosan body と加齢
1歳より90歳におよぶ生検筋790について, 筋内神経の intraaxonal polyglucosan body の出現頻度および微細構造について検討し, 次の結果を得た. 1) 86筋でみられた神経枝のうち, 8筋に polyglucosan body をみとめた (9.3%). 2) 出現例の年齢はすべて54歳以上であった. 3) 原疾患は種々であった. 4) 筋病変は, 神経原性, 筋原性ともにみとめられた. 5) Polyglucosan body を示す神経枝の半数に脱髄や繊維化がみとめられた. 6) Polyglucosan body は, PAS陽性で糖質をふくみ, 電顕的に...
